These terms govern your use of SortStuff at sortstuff.pages.dev, a product of Starview Data. By signing in you agree to them.

What SortStuff is

SortStuff is a free tool built by Starview Data that helps families organize belongings during a move. It is provided as-is for personal, non-commercial household use.

Your account

You must be 13 or older to use SortStuff.
You are responsible for the content you add (item names, notes, photos).
Keep your invite links private — anyone with a link can join your group.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Upload content that is illegal, offensive, or violates anyone's rights
Attempt to access other users' groups without authorization
Use SortStuff in any way that could harm or overload the service

Your content

You own the photos and text you upload. By adding content to SortStuff you grant us a limited license to store and display it to members of your group. We do not claim ownership and will not use your content outside the service.

Availability

SortStuff is a free service and we make no uptime guarantees. We may change, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance of any major changes.

Limitation of liability

SortStuff is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, indirect damages, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access for violations of these terms. You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll update the effective date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
